questions and make sure you are purchasing the part you want to
purchase.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No refunds on any special order parts. No refunds on previously
installed parts. No returns on electrical items. If, within 7 days
after receipt of your purchase (defined as shipment arrival date
specified by shipper), you want to return your purchase, please call
714-771-6120. To be considered for return, the item must be in
original packaging, never used or installed. Porshaw will refund the
purchase amount including sales tax paid. Shipping charges will not
be refunded. Return shipping charges are paid by the
customer/purchaser.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Porshaw does not warranty parts. If you feel you have purchased a
defective part from Porshaw, please call 714-771-6120 to discuss
warranty options. Porshaw will provide sales data to respective part
manufacturer to assist in your warranty claim.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM
Porshaw uses online inventory management to be certain that items are in stock
and ready for shipment. If you want to call in and check stock
before you order, please call 714-771-6120. In the rare event that we are out of stock
on an item you purchased, you will be notified immediately and your payment will be refunded in full.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEM
Porshaw can order items that are not readily accessible. Special
Orders are payable in full at the time the order is placed. Special
Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be provided with an approximate
shipping date at the time your order is placed. Should the shipping
date change, you will be notified. |
